I was born on October 31, 1974 in Araguari, a city of Minas Gerais in the middle of Brazil. There I spend my childhood between my family, my friends, going to the farm and playing around with everything I could disassemble. At eight I had my first contact with computers (a Brazilian Sinclair clone called NE Z8000) and learned by my self to program in Basic and Assembly (in my first computer, a TRS Color clone called CP-400 then computers took a big place in my life. About the same time I saw a movie called The Deep, it was my first time in the cinema and then all those great underwater scenes with Nick Nolte and Jacqueline Bisset in the waters of Bermuda marked the start of my scuba diving passion.
Following my vocation I moved with three of my best friends to Campinas to study to get in the university. In 1993 I was admitted in the graduation course of Computer Engineering of the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Then in 1997 I graduated as a Computer Engineer and started my professional life. You can check more about me on my professional profile at LinkedIn.
